We want your shopping experience with Aryn & AAri LLC to be the absolute best. We hope that you love each item that you receive but if not, we are here to make your return process as smooth as possible. Please see our simple return policy below...
Aryn & AAri LLC offer returns for an online store credit ONLY( NO CASH REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS).
We offer returns for an online credit within a 7 Calendar day period, which means you have 7 days after the date of receiving your item to request a return. After the 7th day item/s are considered final sale. The online credit should match the new purchase price, remaining balance credit is not carried over. If the new purchase price is higher than the online credit only the balance is owed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Anything purchased at discounted price is considered a final sale.
Original shipping in NOT refundable.
Availability of replacement item is not guaranteed.
To start a return for store credit
Contact Aryn & AAri LLC at firstname.lastname@example.org. Returns must be sent within 7 Calendar days of receiving your item/s. After 7th day all items are considered final sale.
Please include your order invoice and reasoning for return with merchandise.
Packaging should be well maintained and merchandise should fit accordingly inside return box/ envelope to prevent damage or over wrinkling upon return could be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items can also be returned via an insured carrier of your choice, contact email@example.com for address.
We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipt until your return is fully processed.

- Please note; we do not manually input addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another. Please insure shipping address is correct upon receiving tracking information.
- If a address error is made. Please email Aryn & AAri LLC within 8 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment. No changed can be made.
- If your order is returned back to us and you choose not to pay your reshipment fee a refund will not be processed.
- You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into a warehouse
Damages and issues
Damages must be reported within the same business day as receiving merchandise or will not be eligible for return. Please report any damages to email@example.com
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
